- The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
- Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii will take 7-10 days more than other US states.
- Delivery to military regions are currently limited. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
- International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
- Large orders (Canvas, Poster) can not be shipped to PO Box address and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies are not applied.
- When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

I was not hoping to recive the package today. From Hungary to Bulgary and than to Bucharest 500 km away from Suceava. But I receive it 2 hours befor our party. I was surprised by the Pink color as I was sure I selected bleu but mabey I was wrong. The ornament label dont get off.
I would have given 5 but the hand on one of my characters is printed unnatural. The man's hand on my shirt is not holding the cup in his hand instead it is facing downwards parallell to the cup just floating there. not sure what happen but for the price I'm a little dissatisfied. oh well was worth a shot and I was happy with delivery time and quality of shirts so it was almost perfect.
The hair on the female avatar was wrong. And there was a random floating hand on the male avatar. But it was very cute n my husband loved it
I received the wrong color shirt & I'm not sure how to rectify the error, but the print & the ware-ability was great!!!🙂
