Very touching ornament

This ornament is beautiful!!! My daughter died before Christmas last year leaving 2 boys. Lots of options to choose from. I do wish there were height options as one boy is 12. Delivery was a little slow but well worth the wait!

Horrible

Received ornament for our family without a name on it. The order clearly had the name for them to print. I have tried to contact them for replacement and no one answers. We order ornaments every year in remembrance of our son. So disappointed in the poor workmanship and disregard of our son. These will go in the trash.

Everyone loved the ornaments. They looked just like the ones that were displayed on the add. The only problem was the length of time it took to get the product. When I emailed about them I received an automated email that told me nothing. Very frustrating
