Scratches on the plastic and it looks cloudy, plastic is not clear, not very good quality for the price paid

Material it was made of

I ordered some before and they were wooden, with a picture on each side, I really liked those, but these transparent ones not so much. The plastic has a film on it , makes it kind of blurry

Overall, my memorial ornament is very nice with the customization of my family members. The only thing that could have been improved was the tracking. Large gaps in where it was kind of annoyed me as I was anticipating giving one to a family member. It did finally arrive and is a quality piece.
