Cute but scratched

It took forever for the ornament to ship. It's cute, but there are scratches on the surface. When I contacted them about it, they just told me to remove the protective film, but we had and the scratches were on the ornament itself. Then they stopped responding to me. Huge bummer since this was going to be a gift. Would not buy from them again.

This is so cute!!

I really love these (I bought three) but why would you put a sticker on these that is hard to get off? They are on all three? I wish you would have put them on the plastic wrap they came in instead of the actual piece it self 😞

Bought this for myself and little sister. We lost our little brother in 2012 then this year we lost our oldest sister. Now there is only my little sister and me. We are the middle kids. Bought one for my little sister last year showing our little brother with the wings. Now showing this year showing the oldest and youngest sibling with wings. Just my little sister Cindy and me left. Love ornaments
